Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing any product, or using any feature of TajaiBuilds.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in full. You also represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses the site. Your continued use of the site after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TajaiBuilds.com is the exclusive intellectual property of doingwell, LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

All written content, frameworks, methodologies, and educational material
All interactive templates, tools, and workspace features
The design, layout, visual identity, and user interface of the site
Coaching notes, field guidance, and strategic commentary
The Customer Journey Builder and all associated journey types, card systems, and industry catalogs
The Template Workspace and all nine templates, their structure, fields, and coaching content
All source code, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and associated files
The TajaiBuilds name, logo, and brand identity

This content is protected under United States copyright law, international copyright treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

Strictly prohibited You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from this site — in whole or in part — without express written permission from doingwell, LLC.

The purchase of a product license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for your own personal or internal business purposes only. It does not transfer any ownership interest or intellectual property rights to you.

License Restrictions

When you purchase access to TajaiBuilds products, your license is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:

Share, transfer, sell, sublicense, post publicly, or give your access code to any other person for any reason — this includes colleagues, teammates, friends, and family members
Use your access to create competing products, courses, templates, or platforms
Reproduce or repackage any content from this site for commercial use
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the site
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any feature
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control or security mechanism
Use the templates or frameworks as the basis for a product you sell to others
Claim authorship of any content, framework, or methodology originating from this site
Train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model on content from this site

Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate revocation of your access without refund and may result in legal action.

Purchases, Access, and Refunds

Payment processor. All purchases are processed through Gumroad, Inc. By completing a purchase, you agree to both these Terms and Gumroad's own terms of service. doingwell, LLC does not collect, store, or process your payment information. Your card details are handled exclusively by Gumroad.

What you receive. Upon successful payment, Gumroad will send a confirmation email to the address used at checkout. That email contains your unique license key — your access credential. You must enter both your purchase email address and your license key at tajaibuilds.com/tajaibuilds-templates.html to activate your workspace.

Delivery timing. Access is granted digitally and automatically upon purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact tajaibuilds@gmail.com with your purchase details and we will resolve it promptly.

License key terms. Each purchase generates one unique license key tied to the email address used at checkout. Your license key:

Is valid for one person only — the purchaser
Activates on one device permanently upon first use
Cannot under any circumstances be transferred, sold, gifted, lent, or shared with any other person
Cannot be used simultaneously across multiple devices, browsers, or accounts
Will be permanently and immediately revoked — with no refund and no appeal — if found to be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed

Zero tolerance for code sharing Your access code is issued to you personally. Sharing it — with a colleague, a friend, a team member, or anyone else — is a violation of these Terms regardless of intent or compensation. Any code found to be in use by more than its registered device will be permanently revoked with no refund and no reinstatement. If you need access for multiple people, each person must purchase their own license. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Device activation. When you enter your license key for the first time, it activates on that specific device permanently. If you need to transfer your activation to a new device due to hardware failure, loss, or replacement, contact tajaibuilds@gmail.com with proof of purchase. Device transfers are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

What is not included. Your purchase grants access to the Template Workspace only. It does not include one-on-one consulting, coaching, or advisory services; customization of templates for your organization; legal, compliance, financial, or regulatory advice; future products or features not currently part of the workspace; or any printed or physical materials.

No cloud storage. All work completed within the templates is saved locally in your browser only. doingwell, LLC does not store, back up, or have access to any content you enter. If you clear your browser data, your work will be lost. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser clearing, device failure, or any other cause.

Refund policy. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product for which access is granted immediately and irrevocably upon payment. You expressly waive any right to a refund at the time of purchase.

This policy applies regardless of whether you have activated your license key, used the workspace, found the product unsuitable for your needs, or experienced any other circumstance. If you have a question about whether this product is right for you, email tajaibuilds@gmail.com before purchasing.

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processor error, contact tajaibuilds@gmail.com with documentation and we will work with Gumroad to correct the duplicate charge. This is a billing correction, not a refund, and applies only to verified duplicate transactions.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke access immediately upon notice of a chargeback and to contest any dispute with documentation of purchase and access grant.

Pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The content on TajaiBuilds.com is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It reflects personal professional experience and perspective and does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or its products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless doingwell, LLC, its members, and any affiliated persons from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your use of the site or any product
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Any content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the site

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Maryland.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against doingwell, LLC or TajaiBuilds.com.

DMCA and Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the site
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-notifications by users accused of infringement must also be submitted in writing to the same address.

Modifications to the Site and Terms

doingwell, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site at any time without notice and to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and doingwell, LLC with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
